Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
No problem. We just ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled move date. This helps us adjust our schedule and offer the spot to another customer.

Cancellations Made With:

  • 48+ Hours Notice: No cancellation fee. You’ll receive a full refund of your deposit (if applicable).
  • Less Than 48 Hours Notice: A cancellation fee of $100 may apply to cover scheduling and staffing costs.
  • Same-Day Cancellations: May be subject to a 50% charge of the estimated moving cost.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your move at any time with 48 hours’ notice at no additional cost. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee depending on mover availability.
